If you see some advertisements on your website, so it may only be caused by your banners or sponsors.

How to choose my domain name ?

Your domain name represents your website, so it has to deal with your website content.

We advise you, if the domain names are available, to save you a maximum of extensions ( .com, .org, .net … ). For instance mycompany.com, .fr, .net and so on, my-company.com, .fr, .net and so on. Thanks to this solution, you will prevent somebody else from using your name, trademark and so on.

 

How to choose my web hosting package ?

We offer 3 different web hosting packages. The only difference between these offers is the web space on our servers. If you don't know what package to choose, we advise you to buy the smallest. This offer suits most customers and is sufficient to begin

Then, if you need more web space, you will be able to buy the next offer very simply since your control panel. We will only ask you to pay the difference between the 2 packages.

 

How can I pay ?

You can pay your incoive(s) using different means :

Credit Card : Your order is delivered within 1 Hour
Paypal : Only for a new order, Your order is delivered within 72 hours

You will be able to choose how to pay at the end of your order. You will receive everything you need by e-mail just after your order.

 

How many time after my order will I be able to publish and see my website ?

You will be able to publish and see your website 24 hours after we receive your payment.

This time is necessary to configure your domain name and web hosting, so it could not be faster

 

I own a website creation software, could I use it and publish my website at misterhosting.com ?

Our free creation website software is not compulsory.

If you have created your website with your own software, you will be able to publish it on our servers using the publication software of your choice ( for instance, FileZilla, which is a free software that you can download since your Control Panel )

 

I own my domain name ( other provider ), could I publish my website at misterhosting.com ?

If you own your domain name by an other provider, you will be able to publish your website on our servers only if you transfer your domain name by us.

To do this, you just have to ask your provider to transfer your domain ( your provider will be in charge of this process ) and to order your domain name since our website, choosing domain name transfer.

It usually takes 5 days.

 

Will I get my money back, if I am not satisfied ?

You can get your money back, if you follow these 2 conditons :

You have to send your demand within the 7 days following your order
You have to justify that the problem you have comes from misterhosting.com

The refund covers the set-up fee and the web hosting contract. We can however not refund your domain fees, as a domain is always registered in your own name for a whole year in advance.
